Important hotel information for your holiday in St. Walburg in the Ulten Valley
- Environmentally conscious and emission-free holidays. There is a public electric charging station for electric cars just 50 metres from our hotel.
- Dogs are welcome on request and subject to availability of selected rooms! We charge € 13.00 per day (without food) including final cleaning. Out of consideration for our other guests, dogs are not allowed in the dining room, the wellness area and the playroom. Thank you for your understanding!
- In order for us to confirm your booking, a small deposit (30% of the total amount) is required - either by bank transfer or credit card debit.
- On the day of arrival, your room is available from approx. 13:00. On the day of departure you can stay in your room until 10.00 am.
- Up to 2 months before arrival: free of charge
- 2 months - 31 days before arrival: 40 % of the booking value
- 30 - 8 days before departure: 70 % of the booking value
- Within 7 days before departure: 90 % of the booking value
- Late arrival, early departure & no-show: 100 % of the booking value for unused holiday days
- Please understand that smoking is not permitted in the entire house and therefore also in all our rooms.
- You can park your car for free in our own, largely covered car park.
- And what if something does come up? Whether you can't go on holiday at all or have to return early - protect yourself and book travel insurance! You can take out this directly during the booking process.

- Discounts for children with 2 full-paying adults in standard & superior rooms and in the suites:
- 0-2 years: free of charge
- 3-5 years: 70 %
- 6-11 years: 50 %
- 12-17 years: 30 %
- 18+ years: 10 %

- Single room supplement: 15 - 40 € per day (in high season on request)
- Dogs are welcome on request in certain rooms with wooden floors with a surcharge of 13 euros per day.
