    Important information for your holiday in Santa Valburga in the Ultental Valley

    Cancellation conditions

    Up to 2 months before arrival: free of charge
    2 months - 31 days before arrival: 40% of the total amount
    30 - 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount
    Within 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount
    Late arrival, early departure & no-show: 100% of the total amount for booked and not enjoyed days

    Check-In & Check-Out

    On the day of arrival, your room will be available from approx. 1 pm. On the day of departure, please vacate your room before 10 am.

    Deposit

    In order to confirm your booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay by bank transfer or credit card charge.

    Dogs

    Dogs are welcome on request and subject to availability of the rooms! We charge € 13,00 per day (without food) incl. final cleaning. Out of respect for other other guests, dogs are not allowed to enter the restaurant, the wellness area and the playroom. Thank you for your understanding!

    Electric cars

    A public charging possibility for electric cars is only 50m from Hotel Schweigl.

    Parking

    You can park your car free of charge in our car park, which is mostly covered.

    Payment options

    You can pay in cash (up to € 4.999), by cheque, debit card (EC) or credit card (except American Express & Diners Club).

    Smoking

    Please understand that smoking is not allowed in the entire house and therefore also in all our rooms.

    Unfortunatelym we are not always able to confirm specific room numbers or floors. However, we always do our best to accommodate your requests.

    And if something unforeseen happens, which prevents you from leavinf for your holiday or forces you to make an early return?     Tourist tax

    A tourist tax of € 3,60 per person/day has to be paid directly on site. Children up to 13 years of age are exempt from paying this tax.
